Technique breakdowns, mitt work, bag work, speed bag drills, shadow boxing and HIIT exercises. These classes are suitable for all fitness levels, you don’t need previous experience and you don’t need to be an athlete.

If you are not one for group training then you can book your private class. You can choose from kickboxing, boxing or weight training or HIIT.
